Prairie Creek Garden Club offers two seasonal bulb/flower sales – one in the fall and one each spring. We are pleased to announce that our fall sale is now LIVE on our website, and will run through Tuesday, October 13th. Your support helps make Prairie Creek (and the greater Canyon Creek community) a beautiful place to live. It also helps fund our club’s future beautification efforts and park maintenance projects.
If you’re looking to add a “pop” of color into your landscaping, we hope you’ll explore our online store (which is easily accessible by clicking on the “Flower Sale - Fall” tab). Once there, you will find current pricing information alongside colorful pictures of each product currently being sold.
That includes:
-
Colorful pansy varieties with and w/out blotch (18 count, 4" pots) for $19.50 a flat,
- Red and White cabbage and kale options in one-gallon pots for $7.50, and
- Numerous spring-colored bulbs are available for $8.00, $11.00 or $14.00 a dozen.
And it couldn't be more convenient! Orders placed within the neighborhood's 75080 zip code will be delivered right to your doorstep.
Please know that we are grateful for each and every sale as it enables us to continue our mission to help maintain the footprint of Prairie Creek Park. The Garden Club’s 55-year legacy includes over five decades of park improvements, including: park bridges, walking trails, park plantings, forestry redevelopment, gardening activities for Prairie Creek Elementary, and park upkeep and maintenance. Please visit our "Projects" tab for additional details on our prior endeavors. Our planting committee has been hard at work trying to refurbish the sign beds at E. Prairie Creek Dr./Fall Creek with more drought-resistent perennials in additon to sprucing up other spots within the park. Funds generated from this sale will aid that effort (in addition to other projects the club is hoping to accomplish in partnership with the City of Richardson).
We hope you'll consider placing an online order and/or making a direct donation to Prairie Creek Garden Club while you're here. Please remember to credit your Garden Club representative during the checkout process. Each fall we enjoy walking/driving through the neighborhood and admiring everyone's yards and container pots planted with our pansy, cabbage and kale products! We'd love for you to share some pics
with us by emailing: pcgardenclubtx@gmail.com. Thank you, and happy shopping!
All the best,
Prairie Creek Garden Club’s Board of Directors
